Several things come to mind when we think about wine...
natural...
indigenous...
Quality...
BOLD!

I have more grapevines than I know what to do with... (i'm just kidding! LOL). Blessed Bee Winery is a production winery at this point, specializing in custom products and labels for fairs and festivals across several states! After our departure from our last endeavor we believe we realized what we ere missing all along. Although, we can't provide an immediate response to our creative process I can share it with you here. Currently, I am accessing the land and all it's amazing resources! We are working out our natural vineyard flow at this time. The wild grapes out here are just fantastic and bountiful! We also have room for a few specific rarities (yes, it's a secret!)
I will utilize this blog post to keep you all informed and to also let you know where to come find us at events in the Texas area to stock up on your favorite MEAD! I also plan to do some reviews and show you quantity breakdowns and where your money goes when you purchase alcohol! ;)
So far in Texas this year (2020):

CMA:
Beltaine
Samhain

Evermore Medieval Festival
San Antonio Pagan Pride Day

Wine from a can... GROSS!

With the emergence of cans in the wine industry the question of "what do you think?" keeps popping up with my customers! Honestly... here it is... its gross! My response is always the same. it tastes like the can, or, it tastes like the lining in the can. I love it when the wine reps come in excited to show me the newest wine in a can... I'm sure you know my response...
Using cans is a great way for wineries to cut costs on the bottom line sure, but are you getting a deal too? No! in most cases you are paying more than a 750ml. price for LESS wine. That is right, LESS WINE! I know, i know... its a single serving, it's this and it's that... rubbish! Less bang for your buck! If it were truly about smaller sizes and quality for the customers then smaller size glass bottles are available. I know it sounds like I am trying to set the tone for an industry here, but I am a consumer too! My dollar counts! Quality is first on my list! The smaller bottle size is another story entirely...
